Max is INCREDIBLE ! Never having participated in an Estate Sale, I was virtually clueless and ripe for the picking... Max stopped by for an interview and spent the better part of two hours explaining his process... Max even introduced us to his Realtor who turned out to be the find of the century ! Max gave us his time, his energy, his patience, his trust, and his empathy at a most difficult time... The task at hand was to dispose of a family collection of belongings spanning some 50 or so years... With compassion and wisdom far beyond his years, Max handled everything from the pre-sale and actual estate sale, to the clean out and final prep for walk-through as the home was to be sold and closed... This was not an easy experience for anyone... Emotions, attachments, and memories made the experience all the more difficult...
