Our Process
First and foremost, we will sit down and have a discussion. We want to thoroughly understand your goals and timeline, so we can design a sale that best fits your individual needs. Once expectations are set, and an agreement is signed, we will ask for the key to the home.
We will work diligently staging the sale, which includes properly displaying and pricing all items in the home. Nothing will be sold until an accurate value has been determined for each item. We thoroughly market our sales, and historically have large turnouts.
Our fee for running an estate sale is based on commission. The commission structure will be determined once we have examined the contents, location, and various other factors.
If we are also selling your home, we may suggest marketing the property during the estate sale. This provides an effective way to sell your estate and all its contents quickly!
