Proudly serving South Florida since 2013. We understand that selling an estate can be an overwhelming and daunting task. That is why we designed a one-stop solution for all of your real estate and estate liquidation needs. We buy high-end items directly, run professional estate sales, and provide complete real estate services.
Many of our past clients live out of state and need a complete solution. We make it simple, so you don't have to deal with multiple companies and streams of communication. All we need is the key! We will sell the contents of the home, stage and professionally photograph the home, list and sell it, and then clean it out completely for the new buyers.
When real estate and complete liquidation services are not needed, we are actively seeking and purchasing high-end items directly. We specialize in antiques, collectibles, art and jewelry.

Max is INCREDIBLE ! Never having participated in an Estate Sale, I was virtually clueless and ripe for the picking... Max stopped by for an interview and spent the better part of two hours explaining his process... Max even introduced us to his Realtor who turned out to be the find of the century ! Max gave us his time, his energy, his patience, his trust, and his empathy at a most difficult time... The task at hand was to dispose of a family collection of belongings spanning some 50 or so years... How much does it cost to have you run an estate sale?
Our fee for running an estate sale is a commission. We set the commission after we have examined the contents, the location and other factors, so there is no upfront bill to start the conversation.
I live out of state. Can you still handle the estate?
Yes. Many of our past clients live out of state. All we need is the key: we sell the contents of the home, stage and professionally photograph it, list and sell the home, and then clean it out completely for the new buyers.
What kinds of items do you buy?

Can you sell the house as well as the contents?
Yes. Our team includes experienced, licensed Realtors®, so we can sell the home as well as its contents. When we are selling both, we may market the property during the estate sale.
Do you handle storage units and commercial liquidations?
Yes. We will pay for the contents of a storage unit you no longer need and take over the lease, and our commercial auctioneers and liquidators handle business assets and inventory from start to finish.
